• You may not use Memeke for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Content Guidelines

You agree NOT to upload content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains explicit violence, hate speech, or harassment
• Promotes illegal activities or self-harm
• Contains spam, malware, or phishing attempts
• Impersonates another person or entity

Content Ownership & License

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content to Memeke, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform.

Moderation & Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We may also shadow-ban content for moderation review without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

Memeke is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or content disputes.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Memeke after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
